A Symposium on Human Trafficking
Join us for a thoughtful day of education and insight into fighting Human Trafficking. All are welcome!
Are you a professional working in a medical field, schools, law enforcement, hotel management, mental health, social work, sectors that engage with youth, or that address or overlap with human trafficking? Not sure what that means?
Join us at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Flint and breathe in hope and encouragement at a symposium on the signs, and solutions for handling potential trafficking situations, sponsored by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Court Street United Methodist Church, and First Presbyterian Church. Human Trafficking affects the entire world, at large and small scales, and in unsuspected levels of society and the welcome mat for this symposium is out for members of the community as well as leaders.
Perhaps you’re already aware of the signs of potential trafficking, the patterns of crime, and the resources available to those in need. Come. Hear testimonies from survivors who’ve lived experience and expertise.
